Past Perfect Simple

The Past Perfect Simple tense is used to show that one action happened before another action in the past. It helps us establish a clear sequence of past events.

We form the Past Perfect Simple with had + past participle. The same form is used for all subjects (I, you, he, she, it, we, they).
