过去完成进行时（Past Perfect Progressive）
过去完成进行时表明一个动作在过去某个时刻之前正在进行。它强调较早活动的持续期或连续性。
过去完成进行时由had been + 动词-ing形式构成。所有主语（I, you, he, she, it, we, they）都使用相同的形式。

用had been + 动词-ing构成过去完成进行时。缩写形式（'d）在口语英语中很常见。
