Past Perfect Continuous (Past Perfect Progressive)
O Past Perfect Continuous mostra que uma ação estava em progresso no passado antes de outra ação ou momento. Enfatiza a duração ou continuidade da atividade anterior.
Formamos o Past Perfect Continuous com had been + a forma -ing do verbo. A mesma forma é usada para todos os sujeitos (I, you, he, she, it, we, they).

Forma Afirmativa
Forme o Past Perfect Continuous com had been + verbo-ing. As contrações ('d) são comuns em inglês falado.

Adicione 'not' após 'had' para fazer negações. A contração 'hadn't' é comumente usada.
